Exchange Requirements

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required.

  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of personal care products, opened or used Hair Oil and Shampoo products are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are only considered if:

  • A replacement product is unavailable.

  • The issue is verified by our support team.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

  • Orders reported after the specified claim period.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
